The Great Gatsby Trailer Is Private Parts-Tinglingly Beautiful

But I hope to God the musical choices are not a sampling of things to come…

Can we discuss how handsome Leonardo DiCaprio has gotten? Never been a fan of his dreamy boy looks, but he’s looking gooood with age.

Having been a Fitzgerald nut since I was a teenager, I, and everyone else in the world, have been disappointed with Fitzgerald film adaptations. This trailer looks pretty promising!

Gotta say, I’m not convinced. The Great Gatsby in 3D? Although Carey Mulligan may be a redeeming feature. I’ve never liked Baz Luhrmann(sp?) anyway. And the music choices are dreadful for the trailer. Can you tell I’m apprehensive about this? Ha.

Haha. I’m with you on the music, but I think the film looks pretty strong. We’ll see!

I am so insanely excited about this movie!! This is one of my all time favorite books and I’ve been all breathless with excitement about the trailer so today is like Christmas. I’m……. paralyzed with happiness 🙂

I stopped watching after hearing Kanye’s beats. Dissapoint.

I was so obsessed with The Great Gatsby in high school. I just love the 1920s glamour. I read the book, and immediately cut my waist length hair into the little bob Mia Farrow has in the film adaptation. I hope this movie is good. I’m pretty excited about it. Baz Lurhmann makes me feel weird, though. After watching his Romeo and Juliet, I wanted to take a shower. Something about his movies make me feel sweaty and gross.
